Our support contracts are sold in units of hours at varying price breaks to suit the requirement. Time is used in units of 10 minutes for telephone or email support. On-site visits can be called off in units of half or full days.
Our customers typically use their support contracts for:

- Installing or upgrading hardware
- Design and implementation of local and wide area networks

- Addition of extra depth to an existing IT department
In addition, by using secure methods to connect to our clients' networks, we can remotely administer and monitor their networks. This provides extra cost benefits to the client by charging in 10 minute intervals instead of half-days. It also allows us to react extremely quickly to problems and to be pro-active in preventing problems from arising in the first place.
