From the earliest days of the company's existence, our clients were quick to realise that this independence meant that they could rely on our unbiased advice regarding most technical matters.

In addition to technical skills, our consultants have formal business qualifications, such as MBA, thus allowing the company to provide the all-important interface between the purely technical and purely managerial worlds.

These skills are typically used in one of three distinct areas:

1. Internal Audit: That is, the independent appraisal of internal systems and procedures, possibly as part of an internal reorganisation, prior to an upgrade, or following an incident.
   
   
2. The Production or Assessment of Technical Specifications or Systems: This is essentially different sides of the same problem, namely to guarantee that a client's technical requirements, levels of service/availability and budgetary constraints are met, through the development of a design, or assessment of a third party proposal.
   
   
3. Due Diligence Exercises: The assessment of various aspects of a third party's technical infrastructure or ability on behalf of a client, typically in connection with the placement of business with, or purchase of, the third party by our client.
